Ignite Your Leads
These are the terms and conditions you were presented with on the enrollment link at the point of purchase. These terms had to be accepted and agreed to before continuing with your order.
From here on, “you” refers to the buyer, and “we” refers to Ignite Your Leads, the service provider.
By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service:
1. Software Requirements
You understand that implementation of AI systems may require integration with third-party software platforms (e.g., CRMs, email tools, SMS platforms). Any associated costs, subscriptions, or software licenses are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement.
2. Nature of Services
Our services involve the setup, customization, and optimization of AI tools for lead generation, client engagement, and sales automation. These services may include strategy, implementation, and training depending on the scope outlined in your signed agreement.
3. Support Access
Support, communication frequency, and turnaround times are defined within your signed service contract. Unless otherwise stated, support is provided during standard business hours via email, client portal, or scheduled meetings. Additional or expedited support may incur extra fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit amounts, milestone payments, retainers, and due dates, are governed by your individual contract with Ignite Your Leads. By entering into a service agreement, you agree to honor all payment obligations as outlined.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Suspension of services
Late fees
Termination of the agreement
Withholding of deliverables until payments are made current.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the strategic, consultative, and labor-intensive nature of our services,
all payments are non-refundable
once work has commenced.
If a project is terminated before delivery and at the sole discretion of Ignite Your Leads, a
partial refund may be issued
for unused time or unrendered services — minus any costs already incurred. This must be requested in writing and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. License and Use of Deliverables
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI workflows, automation systems, copy, or strategic assets delivered to you for internal business use only.
You may not:
Resell, reproduce, or redistribute these assets to third parties
Use our proprietary processes or frameworks to build competing offers
Claim ownership over custom-built tools or systems unless otherwise stated
Ignite Your Leads retains the right to showcase anonymized outcomes, results, and workflows as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer
Client testimonials represent real experiences but are not a guarantee of results. Results vary based on industry, offer, execution, and a range of external factors. You acknowledge that business performance is your responsibility and success is not solely dependent on AI implementation.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, strategies, and client data. Confidential information will not be shared, disclosed, or sold to third parties.
9. Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. Any material changes will be shared with active clients, and the latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
